Anxiety makes you look for relief from worry; OCD makes you seek total certainty. Anxiety usually starts from something happening now. OCD often starts from an imagined “what if” that ignores your senses and real experience. Not all anxiety is OCD, and not all OCD looks the way people expect it to. While anxiety and OCD can share many similarities, effective treatment starts with understanding what is actually driving your symptoms.
That's why I take time to carefully assess your experiences, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and determine the treatment approach that best fits your needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your specific symptoms, goals, and circumstances.
I am trained in several evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety, including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Each of these approaches offers unique benefits, and together we will determine which tools and strategies are most likely to help you move forward.
Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, rumination, excessive worry, panic, perfectionism, or compulsive behaviors, therapy can help you develop a different relationship with anxiety and OCD so that you can spend less time stuck in your head and more time engaged in the life you want to live.

Most couples don't come to therapy because they don't love each other. They come because the demands of everyday life have made it harder to feel connected. Between careers, parenting, household responsibilities, financial stress, and the never-ending logistics of daily life, it's easy to find yourselves feeling more like roommates, coworkers, or co-parents than partners.
In couples therapy, I help partners slow down, better understand one another, and learn new ways of communicating during conflict and stress. Together, we'll identify patterns that leave you feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected and develop practical tools to navigate challenges more effectively.
As relationships evolve, they often require couples to renegotiate expectations, responsibilities, boundaries, and ways of connecting. Whether you're struggling with communication, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of family life, navigating a major transition, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy can help you build a more supportive, connected partnership.
I am trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. -
I believe that effective therapy requires the flexibility to provide care based on your needs—not the limitations imposed by an insurance company. For this reason, I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans.
Working outside of insurance allows me to offer more personalized care and make treatment decisions based on what is clinically appropriate rather than what an insurance company will approve. Insurance companies often place restrictions on the length of sessions, the duration of treatment, diagnoses used for reimbursement, and other aspects of care that can interfere with the therapeutic process.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy (55 minutes): $200
Couples Therapy (60 minutes): $275
Extended Couples Therapy (90 minutes): $325
Although I am not in-network with insurance, many clients are able to use their out-of-network mental health benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services. Upon request, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask about your coverage for outpatient mental health services. Questions you may want to ask include:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible?
What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
If you have questions about fees, insurance, or reimbursement, I am happy to discuss them during your consultation.
