Colleen Keller, LCSW
Hi! I’m an experienced and down-to-earth therapist specializing in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and obsessive-compulsive traits. While emphasizing authenticity and connection, I’ll empower you to break free from limiting patterns and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I incorporate several evidence-based therapies in my practice, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I also specialize in working with couples who are feeling emotionally distant from one another and/or overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. Whether you're struggling to communicate, feeling unseen or unappreciated, or simply missing the intimacy and ease you once shared, I can help you find new ways to communicate. Using proven approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples slow down, tune in, and truly hear one another again.

-
Taking ownership of your life and decisions, realizing that you have the power to shape your path.
-
Being willing to take risks, make changes, or say no when necessary, even when it might lead to discomfort or conflict.
